still Synthwave84 but lately use Dracula Official
SynthWave '84 looks good
Synthwave84 never heard that before, thanks for mentioning
Tokyo Night is my go to lately. I like it as a VSCode theme, or the way I've been using it over the last couple months as a Neovim theme and then I do a transparent background with a dark, water wave image as my terminal background. It's awesome!
100%. I've also been rocking Tokyo Night lately.
that's a great combination
I used to like Pro Hacker Theme but after using it for 1 year, it wasn't interesting because it was all green and I couldn't distinguish some tags easily. So I switched to the preinstalled Abyss in VS Code
I have seen your Bearded Theme I'm now switching to it. It looks good. Haha
glad I changed someone's mind ๐
๐คฃ๐คฃ๐คฃyees. Now follow me
After not being able to find a theme I really liked that uses neutral/warm color I made my own theme for JetBrains IDEs, called Tanne. Also recently ported it to VSCode.
wow that's really cool
I really like Tania Rascina's New Moon Theme. It looks elegant, non-distractive and brought me through some longer nights without having to laser my eyes:
github.com/taniarascia/new-moon-vs...
that's cool
I like light, minimal themes with purposeful color highlighting. My favorite used to be Ascetic, but sadly it hasn't been updated in 4 years and has some bugs.
So my current favorite is Alabaster.
light mode never was my thing, anyway thanks for sharing
Surprised that nobody mentioned Solarized.
Tbh, I was never a fan of Solarized, I assume majority don't like that theme
The reason why it's worth - easy on eyes, designed to keep your vision.
Everything else is just a random color pick that might end up making you feel tired faster than you expect.
I use GitHub Theme with Material Icon Theme
that's a good choice
I tried a few... in the end I came back to the VSCode dark+ default... the blue status bar used to bother me, but now I got used to it. But this thread is going to make me try new ones ๐๐
me 2, I tried many themes but at last hating all of them and returning back to good old dark +, seems like I'm not the only one ๐น
rose-pine/neovim vs firacode nerd font
Huacat Pink for VS Code
I love the Dracula Pro Buffy variant. It's my main color theme for all my applications that I can setup with a theme.
Never heard that before, thanks for sharing
I like Notepad++ but Im using Vscode because Notepadd++ not support macbook.
Well that's a relief, I assume you like Vscode right ?
I use horizon for a while now. Combined with Material Icon Theme
never heard that before, thanks for sharing
