General Formula:

  • If you want to highlight the unique values from the mixed data you can use the below formula.

=COUNTIF(data,A1)=1

Syntax Explanations:

  • COUNTIF – In Excel, this function will help to count the number of cells that meet a single condition or criteria.
  • Data- It represents the input range.
  • A1 – It represents the input cell.
  • Comma symbol (,) – It is a separator that helps to separate a list of values.
  • Parenthesis () – The main purpose of this symbol is to group the elements.
