I realise this post is a few years old now but Jigsaw now has some pretty decent templates for blog and documentation sites. It also comes pre-configured with Tailwind CSS but you can easily switch that out for Bootstrap etc.

You can deploy to Github pages, Amazon S3, and additionally you can hook it up to Netlify CMS for a pretty good CMS editor - or you can use Contentful :)

I'm using Jigsaw for my personal blog and on a few static client sites and its working nicely for me.
