I took inspiration from your post and tweeted from #gotober the last 3 days. They had a twitter wall and I came in 4th in number of tweets and retweets and 2nd when you exclude the accounts of the conference and the conference manager.

I found it difficult to actually tweet live during the presentation because I find it difficult to follow the presentation, take notes and tweet at the same time. So I would take notes and photos during the presentation and then twitter afterwards.
Also I posted my takeaways for the individual days like this
