As a dev, I write a bunch of code. I just want to get a PR merged. I am often frustrated to know if a dev is even looking at my PR, how close they are to wrapping it up, etc.

Hey there! PRs sucks, it's always better to have some feedback to know where you are in the process and what you can do to improve.

Having better visibility and communication with tools can definitely speed up the process and enable you to get better at what you do.
