Nextjs with CSS or SCSS seems to do this well, with less overhead.
Nestjs also supports
<style jsx>which is automatically scoped.I'm a big fan of the
styledAPI that both styled-components and Emotion provides. I generally try and use Emotion, since it does have a smaller bundle size than styled-components.
