Moving from senior developer to tech lead

Hello guys,

I need your advice about moving forward to a tech lead position. Now, I'm senior .NET developer with 10 years of experience. All my experience is focused on .NET stack. I'm supporting all my team mates and proposing good solutions for our daily problems. I have a good knowledge with algorithms, design patterns, Angular, databases, and so on.

Is it early to take this step? so, when should I say that "Now, I can say I'm a tech lead :)". Is it hard to be a tech lead, or it is just the same duties as supporting team mates?
