Do you know that Percona will be at Hacktoberfest?
Yes! Yes! It will be present! 🎉😃
Percona is a specialized open source database company, It developed a series of open source software projects for MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
This year for the first time, Percona participates in Hacktoerfest 🎉. Hacktoerfest is a month-long celebration of open source projects organized for DigitalOcean that encourages people to contribute to open source during October.
We invite you to participate in Hacktoberfest. You can start contributing by following the steps below:
- Register on the Hacktoberfest website anytime between September 26 and October 31 📆.
- Look through our projects on GitHub and Jira and choose your favorites.
- On GitHub look for the tag "good-first-issue"
- On Jira look for the tag "newbie", "hacktoberfest", and "onboarding"
Contribute to the code with PR/MRs during the period from October 1 to October 31 📅. You should have at least four pull/merge requests accepted that meet the Hacktoberfest requirements, and get your prizes!
In addition to the official Hacktoberfest prizes, you can receive surprise swag from Percona.
