I use Paypal currently to get subscriptions for my app EdgeNet. I cant provide a seamless user experience and collect cards during signup. Stripe does not work for an individual in India. Does anyone know a service that works like Stripe in India?

RazorPay is your best bet, honestly. Most other alternatives don't even come close to RP's ease of use and clear documentation.
Try Razorpay maybe.
