3.  Click on “Add” to create a new Azure Cosmos DB account.
4.  Provide a unique name for your account, choose the API as “MongoDB,” and select the appropriate subscription, resource group, and location.
5.  Enable or disable multi-region writes based on your requirements.
6.  Set up the Pricing tier, capacity mode, and throughput as per your needs.
7.  Click on “Review + Create” and then “Create” to create the Azure Cosmos DB account.

Once the Azure Cosmos DB account is created, you can start using the MongoDB API by connecting to the primary connection string provided in the Azure portal.
