โ Stay away from what distracts you. When you need to do something, get it done. You can use a Pomodoro timer, a website blocker or whatever works for you. Just make sure it helps you focus.

Both of our titles are "Software Engineer".
His title isn't "Took 6 years Engineer".
Same title. Same paycheck.
