I'm the same way Fernando. Sometimes, it's better for me to wake up after 5 hours. But that's short-lived and I get tired in the late afternoon. Everyone's different and it depends on at what point you are in during your sleep cycle when you wake up. A couple suggestions that could help improve your sleep:
No screen time before bed. If you have to, use night mode or wear some blue-light glasses
Drink water before bed, but not so much that you have to get up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom. When I wake up dehydrated, the start of my day is ruined.
Proper pillow position - if you wake up with back or neck aches, toss and turn, then make sure you've got the right kind of pillows.
Cool temperatures - studies show that people sleep better in colder temperatures
