Hello, everyone.
I am now going to develop blockchain project.
This project requires the abilities to handle data as secure as it can.
Users can add data (both on-chain, off-chain data) as both public and private.
And this project is for business use case.
Now, I am wondering on which blockchain I should develop this project.
First I think of Avalanche, since it provides the subnets and custom networks for specific use case (data management, security...).
Do you have any other ideas to help me?
Thank you.

None.
Blockchain is not made for huge computation and data storage.
Oh, My bad.
Mainly this project requires the security of data.
And this is for business use case.
All your data will be public on a blockchain (depending on who has access to said blockchain). So security wise, it's not the best. And still, it does not exist for data storage.
You can, however, store the data in a classical data base and store the database state on the blockchain.
What about Arweave??
