Doesn't compute, no. 1920x1080 is 1920x1080; that's all the pixels you've got to work with no matter what DPI you're at (which is what determines how big each pixel is, and is a constant value per screen). Your options are to get higher-resolution tvs or to shrink the internal apps, very possibly both.
