Hey there!
Looking back on this past week, what was something you were proud of accomplishing?
All wins count — big or small 🎉
Examples of 'wins' include:
- Starting a new project
- Fixing a tricky bug
- Trying out a new recipe ... or whatever else might spark joy ❤️
Congrats on all you've accomplished this past week!

man this is a terrific site, I really like the "tick" sound when putting dark mode on ;)
Congrats!
Looking good!
I really loved your site. Great work.
congrats
I managed to issue a good amount of work while spending time with my family at a family gathering without yelling at everyone because they always talk to me and distract me while I code 😠
This time I stayed cool, I managed to give really productive bursts of focus to my work (did not take a holiday) while family members were doing something else and I actually stepped away from my keyboard a few times to spend some quality time with them 👪
Sounds like a pretty darn good week
yes it was ! realizing that work will always be there anyway and that one should always be able to step back from it from times to times is indeed a win :)
Absolutely. For me this week had some similar wins because I really made it clear to myself what I needed to get done, and then when I got it done ahead of schedule, I was able to take a breather. Without making it clear what I was even really trying to do, it's hard to feel like you can take a breather.
soooo true, it's so easy to get lost in a web of todos for how we would ideally achieve something instead of stating clear actionable and reasonable goals
congrats! That's a great point to get to. 💪💪
I changed the way I plan out my week and it made for a very productive and sustainable week for me.
It's just one week, if my system really keeps working well I'll definitely make a #productivity post about it.
I think sharing your #productivity post is a good idea. It could be very enlightening and inspiring to others.

Completing my first session of CISSP exam prep.
Awesome stuff!
Thank you!
I actually opened up my laptop this week several times. Sounds dumb but I've been in a slump.
I learned about the importance of network in my career. As a junior developer, people at my age might overlook the importance of personal branding and network in their career. This past week was a really deep journey for me to understand the importance of these factors and that's actually the reason I joined this community looking for mentorship and interaction with brilliant people

Published an npm module – possibly the smallest argument parser in Node.js to date: nanoparse
I got Phoenix, Nuxt.js, Postgres and Caddy all running in containers and talking to each other. I applied for a job that built their apps on Phoenix and Nuxt, so I wanted to try playing with them. I didn't get the job, but I had never used Elixir, Phoenix or Nuxt before, so I consider that a win!
I finally reached 300+ subs on my YouTube channel and reached 1k on Tik Tok 🤩🙌 Https://youtube.com/BrianHHough
Built a P2P multi-party video chat application from first principles using websockets and vanilla Javascript (approx 300 lines of node + 500 lines of JS in frontend )
Was able to convince a few people at work to use it as a replacement for Google Meet. Still needs a lot of work to be usable across all browsers and mobile devices.
I posted a small article (Lost in comfort zone) on LinkedIn this week. It is about how I faced the struggle of comfort zone. I'm happy I wrote this.
Good article. I could relate.
Thank you. I hope things go well for you. One good thing was, at the end I felt happy because the things I have acheived were more than I expected.
