My major win was that I got a piece of 90's music gear called a Boss SX-700.
It's a piece of rack gear (meaning it can fit on a rack) and acts an effects unit for guitars, synths, whatever... the coolest effect it offers is called RSS (Roland Sound Space, not Really Simple Syndication) which allows for digitalized 3D sound.
If you're curious what this tech is like, then check out this demo from Tomorrow's World that aired in the 90's:
I was able to update the user registration, login, forgot password design of my app "gawain" (tagalog term for todo) using Tailwind CSS, Elixir, and Phoenix Framework.
Additionally I am still trying to figure out the idea of this app because I do not want it to be an ordinary TODO app.
As for me it is a nice run for this week. :) Hope you are too.
I started a new project that I hope will turn into a paid SaaS product that people will want to pay for!
Growing my audience across social media.
What is your strategy for doing that?
It's a deep topic that requires an article 😁
TL;DR
My win last week was starting an advanced C programming course on Udemy :)
Broke leg and now I have more time for coding 🔥 because I can't do anything else before surgery.
Awwww dang! That's the pits, but at least you found a silver lining. I broke my leg ages ago, got a titanium bolted it to it now. Luckily it doesn't really get sore or feel funny at all. Wishing you a speedy recovery!!
Last week I added keyboard navigation support for my react table component.
Definitely makes interacting with the datagrid component much easier.
I was able to revamp my login design for my project.
