I’ve been in business for myself as an independent software consultant for a variety of clients in industries such as insurance, local governments, automotive, real estate, among others. My current development stack is Angular / .NET Core WebApi / MS SQL Server / Azure Entra ID for Authentication.
Over the years, I’ve developed my own app template and productivity tools so that I can get started with new projects faster and develop my apps faster, saving my clients both time and money. My app template consists of about 50,000 lines of code provides a full admin experience out of box. My productivity tools set up new instances of the template and can generate CRUD and Reporting code features by analyzing the schema of existing database tables, views and stored procs. These tools have saved me A TON of time over the years and I figured that this could probably be of use to someone other than myself… so I created LymeStack: lymestack.com

Good morning everyone, I write random posts, hahaha. When I see something that doesn't exist or that maybe explaining it would be clearer, I create a post. I'm a little absent, I'm doing my postgraduate degree in Artificial Intelligence. Work and study. It's consuming a lot of time. But I'm not stopping writing, I'm creating some milestones to post here, instead of single posts. That's why it's taking time too.

One tip I have for you, force reading instead of videos. Are videos good? YES. But reading will help you more, that's why I chose to write AI-related topics. Instead of videos, the brain works like a muscle, the more you train the stronger it gets, videos don't exercise like reading, you absorb less watching than reading. I talk about this because I had difficulty reading technical documentation, I started reading more and more and more, books, topics from different areas, now I no longer have that difficulty

I really appreciate this encouragement. I believe in it too. Sometimes you start off reading about a new topic and it is insanely confusing at first, but I have found that if I continue reading almost as if I can already understand what I'm reading, then some time after once I consistently read about it, I can then go back to the first article, and continue learning, or by the fifth or tenth article or lesson, it all begins to come together and make some sense.

It doesn't have to be super complex reading, the discipline of reading will exercise your brain. The stronger the better, when complicated readings arrive, you will feel more comfortable.

That's pretty cool. I actually just did a testing on a website that was kind of similar to that. It was pretty much single page helping high schoolers learn how to transition to college, so I think that's pretty neat.

Hello! My name is Lucas and I have a fun history with programming. I studied software development in high school, then in college and left college unfinished to start working. After 9 years of working at good and bad companies, freelancing, remote and so on, I couldnt make it thru and got really depressed as the years were passing. So, 5 years ago I decided to change my profession and studied on my own to become a music producer and mixing and master engineer! Now I make a living recording artists in the studio I built, create music for other people and help them with launching their music in streaming platforms. It's been fulfilling, but lately I've missing studying IT and programming, so I decided to face again my fears and here I am getting in touch with software development again! I'm taking it slow, trying to create a project from scratch with technologies I'm not used to, but I'm sure it will be satisfying!

At the moment, I'm working with Java and and old version of Spring framework in the backend, server-side. Besides that, I'm working with AngularJS and NodeJS in the client-side. Along with that, Microsoft MySQL Server is the database management system that we are using.
I've concluded my graduation in Computer Science, writing my conclusion work in the Databases and performance area, looking to find the most performative database in a BigData environment, like a e-commerce. We used MySQL, PostgreSQL for relational databases and MongoDB for NoSQL. Due to the fact that we didn't had much time for implementation, testing and evaluation of results, no more NoSQL databases were used, but its a future work.
So this is my fast introduction. I'm happy to make new connections and change ideas about our dev world.

Found out about AI/Machine learning, and I seem to be able to pick up stuff rather easy. I know fuck all about code, but I have predatory instincts toward logic and rethoric, as a long time polemicist and sometimes "Open Source" analyst. I spent my youth online on /b/ and especially /pol/ so I am not your complete summerfriend. However I am terribly out of the loop. So. Consider me a complete newb.

In combination with a basic insight in "Open source intelligence" and fetish for being a polemicist, I arrogantly assume I sufficiently skilled in asking questions, to not get "42" all of the time.
On a more practical note: My specific niche is online auctions. Jewlery, furniture, books, maps, odds and ends. Especially the latter. You might not think so, but online auctions is the empirical proof that "rule 34" has more than one application. Need help finding something? Ill try. First time I help is a freebie. The next will cost you information or practical help. I do not give a shit about your money, unless you are poor and have nothing else to offer.

Greetings from the UK, I have just joined the site although have been coming here as a reader for some time! I specialise in .NET and Azure but love to play around with new technologies, (and maybe some retro stuff as well!) and come up with some crazy use cases for them! Hi everyone, when I was thinking about what to put here my mind goes blank. Well, I'll be honest, what can I loose. I'm 42, I worked in the construction field any many other not important jobs and a guitar player for almost 20 years. I finished my Computer Science Degree two years ago and programming and learning how to improve with: Java & Spring, PHP & Laravel, JS & React & Vue. I also like databases and my current job makes me keep SQL fresh in my mind all the time working with Oracle databases.
I'm exciting to be here and I hope it could be a place to learn a lot, improve a lot, help a lot, and why not meeting great new people and friends.

Hello everyone Im just sending this thread out there to introduce myself! Im a tech person, I really love and enjoy technology. Its getting better and better everyday.
Im currently learning html and css and its really okay so far. Id say Im at an Intermediate level with these languages and Im learning new rules and syntax everyday! I do have a recipe project that is still a work in progress and Im currently making a youtube clone. The clone isn’t going to be interactive just yet since id need JavaScript knowledge to do so.
I want to become a Software engineer in the future so I feel like knowing a few languages and stuff would make my future a bit easier and less of a hassle.
But yeah besides the coding world Im really caring and open to learning new things towards life. I also love music, mostly hip-hop!

I’m never going to invest in any Cryptocurrency investment platform again, please everyone should beware of this very group of investors as they might have your life ruined, i got scammed by two different crypto companies.. it was indeed an awful moment losing such huge amount to this companies that has seized both my investment and my total profits that i was able to make with them within the 3months period of my membership. I was only allowed to withdraw once by one of the companies and that was at the very start of my investment.
