Hi all, I’m here as a man on a mission. I have little knowledge about coding in general today, but was quite the guru in early dot com days. Things have changed so much, for the better, there is so much more involved. The challenge is awesome. I do however find myself chasing my tail quite often; I think I watch and read too much without putting it to practice because when I attempt to put it to practice it’s like I’ve done no research and can’t do anything. I think I need a good YouTuber, beginner friendly, who knows how to record to an audience that is following along. Too many record screen and voice and just talk as they make code, without explaining very much or slowing down so we can do as they have. I have high aspirations of coding a web3 project. And the project of choice, drum roll please….building the gig economy on web3.0. I recognize that I couldn’t have chosen a more complicated project to build, but come hell of high water I’m determined. First step, practice actually writing code, lol.

Quick tip: you can create comment templates which you can set up for responses that you use frequently. For instance, I have a number of quick tips which I've set up as comment templates so that I can regularly drop them into these welcome threads and this is one of them. 😉
To set your templates up, just navigate over to /settings/extensions and follow the instructions under the heading Comment templates.
To use your templates, you'll need to click into the comment input box, click the
...menu, and click the icon that looks a bit like a book. You'll then see all your available responses.Here's a post with more info on this feature:
