I want to become a successfull web developer i tried my best cover all the basics but when it comes to build project by my self i face failure please help me how can i overcome this ?
My tips are: Be patient, do not run away from the official docs, practice through tasks and small projects, don't be a perfectionist, and always focus on logic rather than syntax (for example, it's better to understand why you have to do something than how. The syntax changes, even with language updates, but the logic tends to remain the same for a longer time).

About tutorials versus docs: they're NOT mutually exclusive. But let me give you an illustration: reading tutorials I learned that Flexbox is a one-dimensional layout system while Grid is two-dimensional. Studying the docs I learned that Flexbox uses an axis (main axis) which can change direction (it can run vertically or horizontally) while Grid uses two axis, the block axis and the inline axis, and you can't alter their direction.
I think most of the tutorials aims at teaching you how, not why. Docs from sources like MDN teach you both.
And I believe understanding why things work as they do will make it easier for you to control their behavior and achieve what you want.
I am just focusing on front end I am worried about my logical failure... yes i agree please suggest me some website which will be best for reading React Docs ... I mostly stuck at when there is some logic ...
Go to react.dev, it's the official website. They have a tutorial you can follow along. Besides, freeCodeCamp.org has several projects you can use to practice the concepts you learn. For example, you can study about state and then search for posts on this subject. This website has a curriculum from which you can learn web development for free.
As a bonus, learn how to read properly. I experienced some difficulties understanding some stuff, and I discovered that it was because I didn't know how to read as I should. How to read a book, from Mortimer Adler is my recommendation.
Hello, since you commented about being a web developer, I think that the best approach would be trying to build small things and then increasing the difficulty, for example, you could try to build a page with some text, later try to build a text that changes with a button click, then could try to use some images, form input etc.
