Hello, wonderful dev.to community! I hope you're all doing well. I wanted to reach out to this amazing community for some support and guidance as I navigate the world of job hunting, especially coming from a Tier-3 college where the opportunities are relatively limited.
I am Rohit Sharma, a final year student pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from M.B.M. University, Jodhpur. Throughout my academic journey, I've had the privilege of gaining hands-on experience in various technologies and have honed my skills in:
-Front-end Development: I'm proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and I've worked with React.js and TailwindCSS to create responsive web applications.
- Back-end Development: I've explored Node.js and Express.js, and I'm enthusiastic about diving deeper into server-side development.
- Database Management: My experience with MongoDB and MySQL allows me to design robust data storage solutions.
I have had the opportunity to work as a React JS Trainee at Dmatics Technology and as a React JS Intern at Celebal Technologies. During these experiences, I've learned and contributed significantly to web development projects, and I'm excited to continue learning and growing in a professional environment.
The Challenge:
This year, my college is facing a reduced number of campus placement opportunities, which has made the job hunt a bit challenging for me. This is where I would like to seek the support and mentorship of the dev.to community. I believe in the power of connections and the incredible knowledge that this community possesses.
