About the role
We're hiring a new full-time remote customer support rep. Requirements include experience in customer support, familiarity with HTML/CSS, troubleshooting, and time management. We have a large, loyal member base of varying levels of technical background, so patience is a big virtue here. I started in this position, and was promoted last year - we rarely have full time openings because our turnover is very low, and this position is open because we're growing and busy!
