Hey, Ricardo! Thanks for writing this, I realise that I'm also making some of the same mistakes like not asking for enough feedback often and it was good to get a reminder of this. I would hate to get to the point where I get negative feedback that I wasn't expecting, so I'm probably going to be scheduling a feedback session every week from next week. I'm also the kind of person who would learn only what I need to about someone else's role so I get by and focus more on my own role so it's nice to see that I'm doing something right.
