I love Twitter too, but not Facebook (I am probably one of the few that doesn't have a Facebook account 😬).
The Polywork looks great. I am just of the opinion that a work related network/community should not ask for private info that sends a wrong message I believe. Users will feel pressured to do so especially if they see that others have done so already.
