Are you that ignorant? There is still code being developed and maintained in COBOL, ForTran, and mainframes. Young developers wil always assume newer languages will take over only to find out non SV startups don’t act like that

Hey Robert, while I agree with the point you were trying to make, you need to use a more constructive tone in this community. Since this is you're first comment, it's all good. Just make sure to give the folks on the other end of the internet some benefit of the doubt in the future.

Only such architectures, patterns and practices will sufficiently meet the rise of AI-driven programming. Imperative, class-based-OO, brittle languages like Java and even Python (which still does not have multi-line anonymous functions for God sake) will feel their age as dynamic, fluid languages like modern JavaScript, Go, Crystal, Julia, R and others take over.

This sounds like a great beginning for a movie about the rise of AI programming. :D
