One of the traps I regrettably fell into was to try talk as much as I could in meetings, because I thought that’s how I added value.
Very important point and am guilty of this one myself. Our team was discussing dev process issues within the company which were more general in nature and found myself bringing up points that were more specific and technical. Live and learn I guess :)
