Can't git pull while can git push

git push is working but git pull is not working
It is not because of security issue
like permission
I added correctly ssh

And then this issue only happen for one git repo (from company)
If I try for any other platform, it is working properly
They said that they didn't set any security settings

And sometimes it is working but sometimes not working

I can't find issue
Pls help me
