LIVE SHIPPING RATES HAVE STOPPED WORKING. IS IT A WIX ISSUE? YOU DECIDE.

LONG POST WARNING. DESPERATELY NEED HELP.

I am hoping to find someone who is extraordinarily good at coding to help with me a very long, very aggravating problem that we have been experiencing since approximately March. It all started with a customer who brought to our attention an issue with our live ship rates (at the time, being calculated by ShipStation). Fast forward, the issue became more persistent day by day. Some days the live rates were fine, some days the rates were completely off. Well, as the months went on, this caused us to lose many customers sadly. I decided to estimate rates based on weight, and thus far they have been decently accurate but of course it is not perfect. After all, the weighted shipping doesn't account for which area of the USA the package is going to. Because we have UPS negotiated rates, we can ship very heavy packages for a great price, and at first, it appeared that these rates were not going through, everything was off. Wix chalked it up to being an API issue, whatever that means. However, tonight after having a conversation with a rep from SHIPPO (we switched to shippo because it integrates better with wix)I came across a very interesting revelation. The rep from shippo argued back with me that the package I was talking to her about (we were calculating example rates based off different products in our store) was 49 kilograms. To which I responded, No, it is 49 pounds. She insisted it was 49 kilos. I am well aware that in wix your product weights can be calculated in either kg or pounds, and my settings are correct. Additionally I checked all the weights on our products and they are indeed in pounds. She then informed me that somehow the weights that were being sent over for our products from wix were in KG, not pounds. When I did the math, it all made sense. I am not trying to get my hopes up, but after the math is done, it appears as if it may be a problem with the way wix is sending weights to a third party shipping app. But then the question begs, how do we fix this?? How did this happen? Why?

If ANYONE has any insight or feels like they could help, I would literally be willing to pay for this nightmare to be over. I just want our shipping rates to be correct again I have attached a few screenshots for reference (please disregard the standard ground $34 shipping rate as those are our flat rates!)
