In these days I'm thinking in how to give, receive feedback.
For me this is crucial for the growth of the people.
So I will put some questions here and I'll be super glad to receive anything that are not pointed here.
- Did you received feedback from your workmates? How it was?
- Did you received feedback from your managers? How it was?
- How was your feelings before and after this feedback processes?
- Your company have a clear process for this?
- Evaluate from 0 to 10 the value of that.
