When we were just starting out, we were surviving on emails, Skype calls, and notes scattered in a myriad of tools. Memories from that time are hazy, but the thing we all remember is that there was an all-out-war on whether we should move to Slack or not. We finally did and never looked back. We even have a public-facing Slack now. It's a pretty neat tool!
