There are lots of tech communities out there and there are also upcoming ones too. Developers love to contribute in tech communities, they love to share ideas there, they love to participate in meetups, they love to share their experience or ideas also. A tech community is handled by a lead and it's core team too. Introverted developers love tech communities as they find it easier to relate with people there and they meet new developers.
