I've been using the Neckband ZEB Evolve - A wireless Neckband earphone by Zebronics. I've bought it through Amazon. It worked fine with my Phone and my Windows operating system. But when it comes to Linux, It didn't connect. I tried many times but I failed. I am using Ubuntu 22.04. I can't come up with a solution. I am stuck spending ₹829 ( 10.83 United States Dollar ) on a Neckband and.. Well I am trapped!
Please help me if you know how to solve this issue, I beg your pardon crying

Well uh, did you check their website for support on Linux?
Here's a common solution for audio problems:
LAPTOP:
Search (your laptop model here)[kernel.org/doc/html/latest/sound/h...]
Open /etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base.conf file in VS code;
Add the options snd-hda-intel position fix=1 (on line 44) and options snd-hda-intel model=laptopname-headset-mic (on line 45);
Save the file, restar the laptop.
Next time you will get the window asking to Select Audio Device (Headphones / Headset).
Desktop: try software and updates, there go to additional drivers and see if you see the driver for that model.
