You missed the best ambient sound and psychoacoustics website out there: mynoise.net. I've tried a lot, but no one comes close to MyNoise in terms of quality (100% original field recordings), scope, and fine-grained control. Of course, it helps that it's run by a fellow with a literal PhD in sound, as a hobby.
In addition to more ambient and environmental sound mixes than you can shake a stick at, MyNoise also has a ton of ambient music generators, and an excellent binaural beats engine.
