Hello I did a interview with Karat. This was my first time interviewing with them. I felt that I performed well in the interview and felt positive afterwards. I'm not sure how I feel interviewing with a random person who does not even work for the company I'm interviewing with. The company I applied for was a very small company.
I would prefer to do a technical interview with the engineering team, but that's my preference. Anyone would like to share their thoughts, please comment below.
