Once unsuspended, chuck_ha will be able to comment and publish posts again.
Once unpublished, all posts by chuck_ha will become hidden and only accessible to themselves.
If chuck_ha is not suspended, they can still re-publish their posts from their dashboard.

We have some users who can see analytics but it's been buggy so we've had a hard time rolling it out generally so far. It's on our list though and we should have it available before the end of the summer.
