In the early 2000s, the software industry was in dire need of workers, so specialists appeared. Like the surface technician, it was the logical consequence of strong industrialization. It is faster to break up a project into small tasks given to low-skilled workers than recruit full skilled workers for a project.
Since the 2000s, therefore sectors have emerged to meet these needs and certifications to validate the skills of these low-skilled workers.
Gentlemen, Ladies, stop procrastinating by repeating no one can develop an electronic system and the program that fit in, no one can write a front-end and a backend, you are only accentuating the reflect of your incompetence, your willingness not to learn anything in a domain where information and learning skills are sold.
