If you experience dropouts or poor quality video calls, this may be due to a busy connection. In this case it is often useful to prioritize video call services over other services such as file downloads and web pages. With most routers, you can configure this accordingly by entering the appropriate ports. Many services have several ports, which should all be entered. I have done this in my Fritzbox router and it has improved the stability of video calls a lot. You should also try it once!
