What a great list of resources. I've actually launched a site that fits into this theme, but with a focus on sites that are both fast & responsive. It's actually odd to see so many sites that are not either of those things so I wanted to highlight the ones that are. You can find it over at sitejoy.dev and hopefully it will provide some inspiration even though the page sizes are often quite small. IMO it just shows what you can do when you pay attention to the details :)
