So recently I've finally got my Associates in Computer Software Development π.
For context of my degree: My degree has us work like a software engineer. We even have a year long capstone project where we try to create a enterprise-level application where we present to companies. Our capstone had 35 people which was a lot of developers and required a lot of planning. So personally as a developer I feel confident in my skills to contribute to a real company. Especially since along side of my degree I've been learning other skills like React.
I feel like I've hit a rock. This is more of a vent post but genuine advice would be amazing. I've been applying to jobs the past 3 weeks in a lot places not just local. Unfortunately I haven't even heard one reply from them. Which to be fair their hiring process can take that long to get back. Unfortunately, I've been just worrying about bills.
It just sucks that I feel stuck right now and obviously it might turn around soon. But I feel the ever weary dread in the back of my mind about bills and not finding a job in time.
If anyone reads this. Thanks for reading my little vent and if you have a question, suggestions, etc. Feel free to comment away.
