You should try out DeepSource too for JavaScript/TypeScript projects. I'm sharing this because asking your contributors every time that - 'Hey! Please setup ESLint and then submit the PR' can be hectic, and having DeepSource integrated into your Open Source project will automatically lint the changes. This is just one of the features that it comes with.
