IMO, I think reading The Missing Semester of Your CS Education is a real level-up. It's a great overview of all the ways you can be more efficient and effective as a programmer.
Hrm, this is reallllllly contextual on the individual and where they're at I guess. For me, it was probably "The DevOps Handbook"... but yeah, your mileage may vary!
