Here is a starter template I created that's purpose serves to be a template that you can learn along with as a beginner. An issue I faced on my developer journey was when I wanted to create a portfolio I felt my skills were not good enough to make a portfolio from scratch, I did not want to use a CMS because I wanted something to show a repo for and be able to explain and the portfolios I found online had some many lines of code I had no clue what was going on. I tried to make this as simple and fun as possible by just using React, Bootstrap, and Framer Motion. Hopefully, this can be useful to someone else on this journey 😁
