Hello! If I could advise you, I would say you should invest in better audio and work on your confidence. That two things are in my opinion crucial to get popular on YouTube. Believe or not, most people don't like having to focus on understanding what you are saying instead of what you have to say. And they won't watch your videos because they can't understand you. The problem is NOT your voice, just low volume and noises.
Also be confident! You have to sound like an expert, people need to hear you know what you're saying. It's hard but if you keep recording it will come itself.
Lastly, don't worry about viewcount unless you promote videos e.g. on Facebook. There are tons of videos like yours and it's hard to get popular with new thing. Keep doing what you love and soon or later you will succeed.
Thanks for the kind words.. and yes I took a break from recording and started learning new things also I'm trying to keep my head around this view counts and other things. Also, I got the job I was looking for. Now, I can invest in better gear and start again with new energy and motivation :)
