MY REFLECTIONS ON MY CURRENT LIFE

I have decided to point out my main ideas based on my own experiences and observations on personal growth, building success stories, and skills reframing.

(my favorite citation)
"Teamwork makes the Dreamwork!" by John C. Maxwell. The meaning of this short idea from 3 words has meant a lot for me since my adulthood.

(my short Chrono on my personal, educational, and work experiences that shaped my frame of strategies I am sticking to upon these days)
From the start, I would like to briefly point out my personal and professional activities which have brought me to my current self-actualization status so far through my life journey:

  • I am Sport oriented professional career holder with experience in team management and personal assistance to Head Coaches in Field Hockey, Wrestling, and Cycling Federations of the Azerbaijan Republic.
  • I am a Business-oriented professional career holder with experience in Technology transfer, Factory establishment, Representative agency services, and Confidential International Project Management.
  • I am continuously upgrading my education level through various resources and since 2020 have decided to change my focus to Digital Skills.
  • I am studying now the Computer Science curriculum at the University of the People (term 9) and the Data Science Curriculum at the International University of Applied Sciences (term 2).
  • My current strong focuses are IoT, E-business, AI for reshaping the economy & AI for Global Sustainability.
  • I am speaking in 6 languages and learning 2 new ones.
  • Currently, I’d like to put in my all working capacities, professional and soft skills, business efficiencies in order to maintain a full-time job offer in Germany or in the USA within an international group to meet my competencies, capabilities, skills, education & experience for the best outcomes for me and all members of the group.

Also, I would like to highlight my life mottos shortly as below: TEAMWORK, SMART TECHNIQUES, GLOBAL TACTICS, RESILIENT SOLUTIONS, & DYNAMIC PULSE.

My strategy for the last years that helped me to extract most of my potential on a personal and team level can be described in the following self-settings:

  • Being not afraid of difficulties and committing to my responsibilities by meeting all possible challenges!
  • Investing my time and energy in the most efficient way to achieve set goals!
  • Negotiating to achieve the maximum on a win-to-win basis!
  • Feeling people in my team, empathizing with them, and assisting when needed to lead the projects to successful results!
  • Loving competition and striving for innovative solutions by thinking constantly out of the box!
  • Staying pro-active, mission-oriented, and never giving up at any cost!

(my personal reflections based on my experience and observations)
I do believe that in order to create a positive rapport with any person it is always beneficial to follow the speaking and listening techniques that should be mastered intentionally throughout our life. Some of these techniques are applied on autopilot (subconscious level) and some are "called out" during the process of conversation/discussion (conscious level). Abiding manners, keeping social distance, and trying to anticipate the current state of emotions (which might be affecting the mental condition of the person in front of me) during the conversation - altogether this is a top priority for a civilized man living in our age of information/disinformation abundance and the prevailing low-trust atmosphere due to the individual lifestyle of many people living in metropolises.

(example from my personal practices in continuous self-analysis practices that helped me in leveling up my mental state)
Several years ago, after completion of several courses on Agile Project Management and Agile Coaching I have discovered in myself that I was always putting myself on the second plan by letting other candidates lead the team. After many visualizations of previous scenarios in various life situations during my sport or work duties, the only fear I extracted was hidden in my mind forcing me to believe that in order to be accepted as a leader one requires specific inherited charisma, being sympathetic from birth and possessing with master skills in deep NLP techniques. However, I have regularly practiced my psychic stamina, and for the last years, I can strongly claim that I have become more self-actualized and independent from my old perceptions and beliefs. Now, I am more into freedom and open-mindedness and practicing a constantly egalitarian approach to many situations in my personal life and at work. So, I could easily underline that at the start, I was afraid of believing in my true potential from the heart before I realized that no one will believe in me and my own project ideas for the new startups till the end if I do not start believing wholely in myself, my values, my potential, my vision, and my expectation from my life in local and global societies. Thus, in my true opinion, believing in oneself is one of the milestones very important to self-determination and self-growth.

(example from my previous cases with some of my team members at work)
I usually program myself to be always prepared for unexpected scenarios as much as possible. Such mental condition assists me in understanding and feeling ("reading") the sincerity of the intention of my companion from the early start. This is being also a critical part for me so that I can make a momentary decision to openly engage in dialogue and the possibility of assistance or some kind of support, or closed engagement with a more indifferent approach for the gradual perception of the real intention of the person with whom I communicate. Therefore, it will help me eventually to understand and decide where and how I can contribute to him/her wherever or whenever my support is needed.
