I'll start. I have neck tension myself. Sometime it can be very painful. I decided to invest in taller monitor stand and a more ergonomic chair. This helped a little. I've recently started doing some neck stretches at my desk every few hours to keep things loose and nimble. Some of the stretches I have done you can find at this link:
