I'd like to have your help deciding what technologies would you suggest to me, to build an enterprise application. And why?

Open ended question! Can you be specific what you are trying to build? Secondly what technologies are used in your enterprise already which can serve as a base unless you have different needs for building new products.
My enterprise is using Java. And I am building a software application that manages my company's documents. And I think that choosing Java is a little bit biased as I would be choosing it because my company uses it. My company gives us multiple platforms we (developers) can build applications with.
You may lean on .NET core as well. If you prefer open source, you can opt for node js, Python, Clojure, Scala (and lot more) as your back end stack. I'm sorry as we have plenty of choice to make and it truly depends on whether the language chosen and its framework support your needs.
Thanks @rslak . It's a good thing to have many choices, but sometimes it can be overwhelming to have all those choices. And sometimes our choices are biased (influenced) by our environment.
True that. Depending on what we are trying to build we can narrow down choices. The parameters could be features, capabilities, performance benchmarks and we can do side by side comparisons to make decisions
