Safari Technology Preview 46 Includes Service Workers

Web devs who have gotten into using service workers in browsers that support them are pretty excited about Safari releasing a preview of the Webkit implementation. Service Workers provide a lot of control to the developer in terms of how content is fetched from the network and how it is stored in the browser.
