I recall walking into my first interview, a "junior software engineer role".

The first thing they said to me was "well it's not really a type junior role", and proceeded to ask me a bunch of questions which would require way more experience than any junior would have.

Like, what the heck, why did you label it junior if you weren't hiring for junior?

i worked as a junior developer back then but wth, my task cant be called a "junior" developer task. (example: figuring out why this app eats memory on servers and fix that by just one week geez,)

No one guides me as a junior, as a junior developer i should be guided right? The employee are super super silent do their own work, when i ask they just reply "what it is" without "what is this for".

and yeah only my salary are junior.

but at all Im very very thankfull for that company, they made my CV more good and that things made me care about other juniors developer . hahaha
