I thought I was getting sick and tired of all the talk of diversity in tech.
I now think we have not even started the conversation about the REAL diversity, with cultural differences being a prime example of it.
Someone's cultural background will have a HUGE impact on the way they communicate, share feedback, make decisions, treat hierarchies and view deadlines. One would think EVERYONE would be studying this in order to create highly functional teams and profitable businesses.
One would be wrong.
