Sounds like you have a job similar to mine. We have project work but we also have inbound requests from our Customer Care team, Marketing, and Legal. That takes the stress down a bit knowing that you have limited resources so the Product team must be involved to take responsibility and ownership of the agenda.

absolutely, having someone further upstream prioritise the backlog helps too so it's not all on your shoulders
