• Live in Canada since July　2024

My Career

• Graduated from university in March 2018 with a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture

First

Started working as a software engineer at a financial system company in March 2018

• Migrating a reporting system used by large financial institutions from VB to Java
• Developing backend systems for internet banking

Transitioned to a role as a project manager and product manager at a fintech startup in January 2022

• Negotiating with clients for product implementation

Expectations for the course of college

• Developing in a modern development environment
• Collaborating with great teammates on projects
• Learning the latest technologies and useful tips from professional instructor

How was my experience with the course so far (first week)

This week’s content focused on the basics of IT, so it was fairly easy for me.
However, from next week, we'll start coding more seriously, so I need to stay focused and not let my guard down.

On the other hand, communicating in English is a challenge for me right now. I need to make an effort to talk more with my classmates from different nationalities.

What I want to achieve after the course

My goal is to reach a level where I can secure a job as a frontend engineer! I aim to find a job locally in Canada.
